Eden Ridge provides a professionally supervised Medical Escort Service to ensure elderly individuals and patients attend medical appointments safely and comfortably. Our trained nurses or experienced caregivers provide door-to-door assistance, and offer continuous monitoring during the journey to ensure safety and comfort at all times.

We assist appropriate transportation, hospital registration, queue management, and appointment coordination. The medical escort personnel will communicate directly with doctors or healthcare providers to relay important information clearly back to the family. Prescribed medications will be collected on behalf of the client as well. A structured visit summary will be provided to keep the family member posted on the entire process and outcome.
